The BBC says that Timothy Griffin, GWB's pick as US Attorney for the Eastern District of Arkansas, was behind a scheme to deny the voting rights of 70,000 U.S. citizens prior to the 2004 election. Hmmm... any thoughts on that?

This guy is a legitimate investigative reporter employed by the BBC. Does that bother you? Read what he has to say.

US Attorneys must be attorneys.
And almost all states do not allow individuals to become attorneys if they are felons, or if they have committed crimes involving fraud.
Whether Griffin did that or not, if he hasn't been convicted of doing it, then he is still innocent until proven guilty in court.
But you are correct in that US Attorneys, like judges, should avoid even the appearance of illegal conduct. And Bush doesn't seem to get that concept.

Challenging voter's rights not denying rights. Not a scheme.
An idea.
The Democrats say it was a scheme because they sent do not forward letter to addresses as a way to verify a good honest voter and make sure of a one vote count, well some letters were returned by the Post Office because the adressee was deployed.
Intent is what would need to be established.

The BBC is half run by Muslims so I would be hard pressed to believe much from the BBC. They UK is about 45% Muslims so there's nothing worth believing in the BBC.
Know what I mean Vern?

A legitimate reporter? HOGWASH. This guy has a liberal agenda that's even worse than the liberal agenda usually displayed by the BBC. Targeting a group for further investigation is not a scheme to deny voting rights to anyone. It's a tool to make sure that the ballot boxes are being stuffed by illegitimate voters like the Democrats do constantly. It was proven in may regions that Democrats were registering people who were DEAD. Your whole argument is absurd.

Yes, but there's nothing new about this.
The Bush regime is just brimming over with felons.
Bush, himself is a convicted drunkard driver, and had his daddy protect him from having to serve his country in Vietnam.

Who else but Facist thugs would work for Gonzales and Bush.
There once wa an honest Texan, he tried to tell the truth, but it swelled up in his throat and he choked to death. Not one Texan has tried since.
