I mean doubts about things we are pretty sure of, like that we are worthy of our girlfriend, etc.

yeah, its pretty normal to question things like that, as long as you dont start to believe them though, you'll be ok. and if you're smart enough to ask if thats normal, you're smart enough to keep it under control, i'll bet. if you dont think you can control your doubts, seek therapy, its not just for "crazy" people, its for anyone who feels that something is wrong in their train of thought.

Of course it is. Doubting something can even sometimes be good...like doubting a decision can help us make the decision that we feel is best. Doubting that you're good enough for your girlfriend will ensure that you treat her well. Doubting things can be bad, however, when it starts to effect our self-esteem.

Yes, it's normal, especially if you're young. You might want to perhaps examine what you doubt about your girlfriend and discuss that with her. She may be having the same feelings.
