Question

What Should I do. .. ??
My wife is working in a company as a supervisor and she has a bad Boss.

I said Bad Boss .. because . .
Once after a hard day at work ( for my wife ) I was at home after I finished my work .. Cooking dinner and preparing the table for both of us to eat dinner.
She arrived home as usual at 6:30 pm. She parked the car and walked in to the kitchen saying ( Honey I am Home ) all was good till ….
I saw her eyes. She was crying because of her Boss ..
Well her Boss is a very disrespectable personal .. He is always hitting on his lady employees..
But that day he ran his fingers threw her hair when he was saying ( good job .. you did a good job)
She knew that he is aiming for something , but the problem is she cant jeopardize her job because she will just lose it .. ( especially because we are both working out of our Home land).

Now the question is ..
I am So damn mad .. angry .. burning .. but I cant be the reason of losing her job.

I am so so so so in need of your opinion people ..
What should I do .. ??
Should I be like .. ( what the Hell ) and just put him in a wheel chair for the rest of his life .. )

Please help me before it gets really worst. For me and her .. ??

I apologize for the Americans who were unhumanitarian when answering your question. Nobody deserves to be treated as less than human. Since this womanizer has a way with ALL the ladies, I'd advise you try to organize a class action suit against him. There are power in numbers & her job won't be in jeopardy because she did nothing wrong. I am tired of all the injustice in this world. I hope you can keep your cool long enough to be rational, because I know it hurts to see her hurting, but to have your hands tied, because you don't want to mishandle the situation. Tell her to start looking for new work. This behavior will only continue by the boss. You should not do anything - and until she has a new job lined up she can't risk saying much.

OR she could go to the human resources department and file a sexual harassment if that is what it is... if its a big company. If its a small company and he is the head guy than she just needs to start job hunting and try to leave the situation in the next month or two.

You should do nothing, if you trust your wife than you have nothing to worry about .. it sounds like she was upset so just for the mental sake she should just seek work elsewhere. Don't get in trouble by doing anything yourself. Just end the situation as soon as possible.

First of all be a man and stand up for your wife (without the profanity) :) No woman should go through that a wife or even a single woman I am just wondering if maybe he is trying to get to your wife because she loves you so much that she is not responding and this Jerk has his undies in a bunch this is considered harassment and I would stand up and say something whether you lose the job or not is it that important that you lose your family? First of all, that's considered sexual harassment and is illegal. Unfortunately, without witnesses, it's going to be hard to prosecute her boss unless your wife can seek out other coworkers that will collaborate her story and his actions. Give your wife as much support as she needs. Contact a lawyer that specializes in this type of action. She needs to talk to whoever the personnel person is at her work and make an official sexual harassment charge. That's unacceptable behavior. If she lets him keep doing it and keep doing it, the situation will only get worse and you'll have more of these nights. If she loses her job, take him to court. That's obvious retaliation and I don't think that's legal (depending on the state, I believe).

Losing her job is better than losing her self respect.

Just because you are working out of your homeland does not allow jerks like the boss to take advantage of her.

There are laws protecting employees from the sexual harassment of employers.

She will not lose her job if she files a report with labor relations (Human Resources). This is a clear case of sexual harassment and any lawyer will tell you so.

Your wife needs to tell her supervisor that his advances are unwelcome. If he continues to do it, then she needs to file sexual harassment. Every employer has to investigate every sexual harassment case and if it is justified they have to take action. Your wife cannot and should not be in a "hostile" work environment. Do not seek revenge. Let legal actions be taken against the guy.

Your wife and the rest of the lady employees need to go to the person who is in charge of the boss and tell them what is happening to them. If that does not work than your wife and the rest of the lade employees should all notify the police.

well first of all her boss has to have a boss so complain or the company she works for has to have a a number were she could call try checking online to see what u could do dont let this go any further because if u do then he might threath her to do something and if she doesnt want to he might tell her to leave the job
