I found mine just walking into a GameStop, then the same day found another at an EB Games looking for an extra remote. A week after that I saw people camping out at a Best Buy for Wiis, and not everyone got one, so make sure you try all your options, there may be one just sitting on a shelf near you.
Best Buy tends to get shipments on Sunday mornings, so that would be the day to go there.
GameStop and EB Games stores get them randomly throughout the week, the best thing you can do to find one at these stores is just to call them in the mornings when they open, because then they will have gotten their shipments in, but there won't have been a chance for someone to buy it before you.
other stores such as Wal-Mart, Circuit City, Toys R Us, and basically any store that sells video game systems will get shipments of them, but I don't know when the shipments come in for these stores. If you ask, they should tell you.

Try BestBuy, Walmart, FutureShop, EBGames or any other place that sells gaming systems. Its going to be tough finding one though, I had to pre-order mine. Controllers are a real pain to get your hands on too. Goodluck!

Wal-Mart...lol, it's where I got mine. Err, I had to pre-order it though, I think they are still pretty hard to get.
