Whenever I retract my foreskin back; the head of my penis is extremely sensitive. My friend had a circumcison when he was yougner and for a week it was sensitive too but because he had no foreskin it eventually formed a layer over the head and now he has no pain (urologists will know what i am talking about). My question is I want to make lvoe to my girlfriend but in order to wear a condom i need to retract my foreskin and it is too sensitive to touch anything. So lets say i keep my foreskin back for a week and form this coated layer; will it be safe to put my foreskin back ... or is this a bad move?

To be sure you are getting good advice, consult with your doctor who is qualified, trained, and licensed to give medical advice. People on this site are not. Good luck.

So I'm not a urologist, but you could do something like what you're saying. Pull back your foreskin so the glans (penis head) is exposed to the air. Just leave your foreskin pulled back for a few minutes each day, but don't expose it to anything except the air. After a few weeks the sensitivity should die down enough, or you'll get used to it so it doesn't bother you.

You won't form a "coated layer" over your glans, it'll just get a little desensitized and you'll just get used to the sensation so it won't seem as sensitive. Clearly a circumcision isn't a good idea, as it'll decrease the sensitivity a lot and probably a lot more than you would want.

Actually, although it might be really sensitive to put on a condom, once it's on it'll probably feel good as the condom will dull some of the sensitivity. So while your glans might be too sensitive right now to touch something directly, if you have a condom over it it might actually be comfortable (after you get the condom on).

Pulling back all the time can irritate the delicate mucous membranes, cause swelling and even sometimes paraphimosis. Some guys can do it with none of these problems though. Try using a fair bit of water-based lube like KY on your glans before you put on the condom. Also using the lube when you touch the glans will make it more comfortable and the more you touch or stimulate the glans the more comfortable it will feel when touched. Take it slowly. There is no need to rush with permanent retraction to make the sensitivity come down to normal levels. The more you use it the better it will be,

I'm curious to know how old you are! This was a problem i delt with at a very young age. 11 to be exact when i first found out how stumulating it was to play with my package. But in any case and beside the point, It's going to hurt like hell man, if you have never done this before but what you do is get in the bath tub , fill it up with warm to hot water, enough to what your body can handle, fill it with soap suds, get in and pull your for skin back and forth. Go slow to begin with taking in the pain and then gradually you'll get used to it. Hey it worked for me, thus becoming a great (Master-debator) and when i had my first girl became an awesome (cunin-linguist). Well Good luck and God bless.
