It's not a shopping mall, it's a street adjacent to EDSA in Cubao, Quezon City. It's where several bus stations are located (EG. Dagupan Bus Lines & Dominion Transit)

its acually near the commercial center in Cubao, Quezon City, where the new big mall The Gate is located. Ride the LRT2 of MRT3 train, it will pass there.
