Try warm water. If it's sugar based, it should come off w/ water.

If it's **NOT** coming off with a little bit of warm water:
1) how desparate are you?
2) Is this your first time waxing?

If yes, you'll want to ignore this next bit.

If you've waxed before and can take the pain, find some spare scraps of rags [or leftover strips from the kit. You may also have success with course paper towels or even strong paper], and apply them to the wax. Rip off.
If you applied the wax too thickly, **you willl have to do this a couple of times** before the wax will be removed. Kinda painful, but if you do it quick, it'll come off, eventually.

Also, before that, even if you don't have baby oil, do you have: vegetable oil? crisco? olive oil? Anything like that will have the same oils as baby oil.

In the future, I recommend sugar-based waxes only, for this very reason. Good luck, and don't worry, I've been through this before, but I'm still alive ;)
