Put some NEOSPORIN on it. It will go away. What you have isn't uncommon. It's an injection site reaction. B12 injections don't really do much for you. Try a multi-vitamin w/ B complex and you won't have to worry about it anymore.

You might have an infection at the injection site. Why can't you take a good multi-vitamin by mouth? Like the 1st guy said - do you have an anemia problem?

Why do you get B12 shots? Unless you have pernicious anemia they only put money in the doctor's pocket and do nothing for you.
