Were they hybrid daisies? If so, the flowers will be ugly because the seed reverts back to a previous generation that was possibly a transition to the flowers you had last year.

certain it ought to ward off seeds from particular culmination and greens to plant next 3 hundred and sixty 5 days and the thanks to do it really is quite effortless. be particular that you're taking all pulp and strings off of the seeds that you want to shop. Wash the seeds gently with warmth water to make sures that you do not omit any of the stuff that nay be on the seeds. Dry the seeds between 2 products of towling. even as they are thoroughly dry shop the seeds in a field and mark, be particular to shop dry. about 4-6 weeks formerly spring planting placed the seeds(about 3-4) in peat pots and water. even as the sprouts start up to seem be particular to shop watered yet do no longer over soak. even as all danger of frost is gone plant the seedling (peat pots and all) into nicely cultivated soil and then have thrilling.

As long as they are not from a "hybrid variety" as Kacky stated above. Hybrid seeds will not grow true to form. If the seed is from the species.. "Gerbera jamesonii" however, they will grow normally. As long as the seed you harvested was ripe and you kept them in a cool, dry place, and they are of jamesonii species, yes..

I save seeds over every year and they are ok if you keep them dry. I never kept the ones you mentioned but I see no reason they wouldn/t be good.
