Unplug the flexibility wire, then take out your battery. carry down the flexibility button for a minimum of 40 5 seconds then plug up the workstation with out the battery, restart the workstation. If this has fixed it flow ahead and placed the battery again in. If this does no longer fix it tell me and that i'll allow you to be conscious of something else which will in all probability fix your difficulty. have you ever tried that yet? if so did it fix it?

Some laptops have a physical volume control, make sure it's not got turned down if it has one. Do you have sound if you plug headphones in, if so then its probably a faulty socket which is a pile of agravation
