This game is intended for windows 98/95 but I have windows xp. Can anyone give me a link where maybe I can get a patch for this game to not crash on my windows XP. Or can you tell me the name of the patch I can look it up myself.
Please no answers that my computer might need more resources/memory. It is new and has enough.

I'm sure you won't want to hear this, but it could be that your computer needs LESS resources/memory. Sometimes old games will not recognize new hardware and will have problems running on them.
my computer runs windows XP, but is pretty old, and I have run Heroes of M&M III with absolutely no problem, it has never crashed on me.
I'm also fairly certain that there isn't an official patch to help it run on XP. if you can find one, it would be unofficial, probably illegal, and may not be trustworthy.
