An edition of "The Lord of the Rings" that combines the series into one book & " The Way Things Work" so we could continue to have modern amenities. Then I would try to find Tartu2222 so we would know what we can safely eat.

Tough question! Absolutely one book would have to be the biggest dictionary ever. Second should probably be the Bible or your personal favorite book of all time. But definitely the dictionary.
