Like you I dont get scared from movies, but one that effected me was the first poltergeist (I was a kid though).

baby, go into a hospital or at pension files where i work and you'll see a lot of scary things
because they are real and they are in moving
please, don't misinterpret, i don't mean the people, but what's happening to them
though some of my colleagues would make a joke or two about the people, but i suppose it's how they deal with the stress

WHen I was a kid, I liked The old Trilogy of Terror Series, the third story had this little killer doll that was crazy!, but nowadays I think it's cute.
