What I always like is when people give you warm smiles, say hi in the morning, ask you how you are, compliment your outfit, praise you for a good deed...etc.
Flirtatious:
Again, warm smiles, with eye contact, winking, saying how good you look (complimenting) ......etc.

The best advice I could ever give someone is to be kind and considerate. Flirtatious . . . . flowers, a little special gift from a boutique, a gift certificate for a facial or a manicure, a date to the theater to a play, rent a limo for dinner and dancing. Acts of kindness is just that, being kind to one another, understanding, thoughtful. These simple pleasures in life go a long way.

It's about being aware of others needs. Offering to help her with her housework when she's not feeling well or perhaps making dinner for the family and delivering it to them so she doesn't have to cook. Perhaps, asking her if she needs anything from the store while you are going. Maybe paying for a trip to the beauty parlor for some pampering. Perhaps offering to get her something to drink when you go get something for yourself.

Be genuinely interested in her as a person.
Listen to her.
Tell her she's beautiful, intelligent, deep, whatever...
Make time for her.
Ask her how she is and really be interested
Help her with stuff, but don't overdo it
Just be your nice self
