Make sure that your library is selected (I think a playlist works too.) Highlight the downloads you want to drag drag it all the way to the list, this is how I do it every time and it works.
The URL thing is strange indeed, make sure you didn't move the files to a diferant folder or something like that, so it'd be like limewire thinks that they're in one place and when you drag it to itunes itunes says "Wait a tic, there's nothing there."

"not letting me drag my music from limewire to itunes" Why do people always say what they can't do - that's no help. You have to specify what you did do and what happened. A couple of things I have to say first - what happened to that computer you just replaced? Wsn't virus-ridden by any chance, was it? I don't care how computer savvy you think you are, you just spoiled your new computer just so you could get free music - I can only hope your taste in music will justify the costs you've needlessly taken upon yourself. Besides the malware, the other problem is fake files - you probably downloaded fakes, and iTunes is smarter than you in refusing to take them. How big are these files? Did you try playing them on wmp? Maybe I'm wrong, but these are obvious details that should have been included in your q. So repost this question specifying what did happen, and you're more likely to get answers more helpful than mine.

Because dragging and dropping won't work. In iTunes, you have to click "Add Folder to Library" and then find your limewire folder. Then import the files that way.

Ok this is the way you get limwire to put music that you download into itunes. Open Limewire. go to tools and select options. In options on the left side click on saving. then were it says folder. this is were you want to save your downloaded music. I would suggest you make a shared folder for your music or open Itunes and look at where the music is stored and make limewire that destination your save folder any problems email me at emart871@gmail.com

We can't either..It won't burn off of Mediaplayer..There's a software that you are supposed to be able to use to transfer the files onto the player, hasn't worked for us yet..All we can put on there are cd's (cd's that haven't been burned) or songs PURCHASED off their site..sucks
