Sure it was smart to kill someone of but JIll!?! comeon it would be better if it was claire in my opinion...

I was mad too. I don't think i'd rather have claire killed. I wouldn't want any of the killed but if one had to be i'd pick cindy, she was annoying, but good looking, in the movie 1st to die. In the 5th book of the series, there is a new member to the group

I agree too. I also think (my opinion only now) that JP writes much better as Dr Alex Cross than he does the Ladies Club series. Just something about the characters in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd etc books seems underdeveloped. Alex Cross and the protagonists are very well developed in that series.
