Go to the gym. You must build up all your muscles equally; push ups are not going to give you an amazing body alone.

You already have muscles in your upper body. To make them larger, you will need more than pushups. You need to eat a balanced diet, especially high in protein if you want to build muscle. Since meat is higher in fat, you will just get fat if you aren't doing a lot of cardio.

start with 5 then the next day 10 and keep going up by 5 and sooner or later you will see what you want(muscles)and get waht you want(girls) but dont do too much one time for the first as this will affect you back
