Israel?
Do people even realize that if US troops leave Iraq & complete chaos breaks out, not only in Iraq but throughout the Mideast, that Israel will be in grave danger? What's more important to you: US troops or Israeli security?
I think that US troops should stay in Iraq for as long as Israel feels they are needed there for Israel's protection. Is not Israel America's greatest ally?

If the U.S. was in Iraq for a good reason that would be fine. The U.S. is in Iraq to get revenge for Iraq firing Scud missiles into Israel. It's called Nuclear blackmail. Israel has threatened more then once to use the Nukes the U.S. gave them them against there enemies. Thus making more of there biblical predictions of Armageddon come true. Bush, like all good Christians is merely carrying out the wishes of his Jew masters.

First of all, the war in Iraq has nothing to do with us "protecting" Israel. It has everything to do with Bush, Cheney, and the Haliburton corporation. It is oil and money, not Israel.
Secondly, Israel has the means and ability to protect itself from evey Middle eastern threat. The refrain from taking action because of the international community at large.
Please do some real research on this and don't just beleive one point of view (even mine!). Get all the view points, and facts you can then come to your own conclusions again.

Israel can defend herself quite well thank you!!! I believe that we contribute enough to Israel and we really do not need to contribute the lives of our service personnel. Israel lived while Saddam was in power and he wasn't exactly a friend of theirs so why would it be any different if we weren't in the middle of Iraq's civil war. What we do with our troops should not be contingent on any other country such as Israel.

greatest ally???? I'm pro- Israel in terms of their right to live in peace, but can you name one thing that Israel has done for the United States? Seriously, anybody, just name ONE thing? One advantage to being allied with Israel? One advantage. Anybody?

You know what. As someone who does not live in the U.S. this is how I see it. The States are acting as a world police force. Anyone who doesn't need cries bully or invader when they try to help. But man when another country invades you they are the first to cry for help from the States.
