You didn't ask, but I'd never buy from someone who says this. It means he's covering his butt because the stuff he's sending doesn't look like the picture, or it looks like the picture but it doesn't do anything.

I will exchange an item only if it is different in some way from the item you ordered.

Exchanges will only be accepted if the item you recieved is different from the one you ordered/purchased..
