As long as they weren't cut/tied/burned they CAN (and frequetly do) heal back and yes women have gotten pregnant.

Yes, very rare, but possible. My aunt got prego with her tubes tied. Chances of getting prego with your tubes tied: 0.5%
If you havent done it yet, dont. The Mirena IUD is MORE effective at preventing pregnancy than tubal ligation. (0.1% chance of pregnancy) Its also the safest form of birth control out there.

Yes, it is possible, but the risk of a tubal pregnancy is greater, so if you do get a positive home pregnancy test, see your doctor RIGHT away for an ultrasound to find the baby's placement.

Sure, it all depends which tubes are tied!!! Those Eustachian tubes are just no guarantee against an unexpected pregnancy!
