Absolutely. At the US open they don't have an age limit and I remember a story a few years ago about a bloke in his 70s being a ball boy. It depends on the tournament, though, as they all have different methods of selecting ball boys and girls, eg at Wimbledon they all come from local schools.

Sorry, maybe you should start living that dream through your children. Don't you think it would be kinda funny seeing a 30 year old guy running after balls being hit by guys about 10 years younger than him? Although, at the U.S. Open, they use ball men but I think they're younger than 30.
