I forgot to take the pill for a few days in a row and got my period.... Do i continue to take the pill? Or do I start a new pack?

Toss the partial pack of pills and begin a new pack tomorrow. You will need to use back up birth control for the first two weeks on the new pack since this is essentially like starting all over again. Remember to take the pills every day at about the same time every day. Oral contraceptives work very well if used correctly but skipping pills can result in an unplanned pregnancy. Take care.

You wait until the Sunday after your period stops and then start a new pack.

throw that pack away. start a new one. if you read the warning paper that comes with the pills when you get them it will tell you what to do anyways.
