The deposition really has no correlation to a court hearing - it is just part of the discovery process. Your friend will show up on that day in April and the defense attorney will ask questions and take a statement.

The nature of your friend's injury and how much the insurance company wants to fight it will pretty much dictate how long the case will take. Sometimes there can be multiple hearings on the same case before the case is resolved either by settlement or trial.

legal bud is basically hemp, which Im specific you be responsive to is basically marijuana with a very low thc content fabric, meaning that smoking this is going to do not something because of the fact there is not any thc, this is the lively ingredient that makes people severe. specific it appears that evidently basically like it, yet its thoroughly ineffective. I dont be responsive to what you recommend by employing legal bud, because of the fact there is not any bud this is legal contained in united statesa., federal regulation says its unlawful. What i presumed you meant replaced into bud which you spot in magazines like severe cases, this is hemp, not different flora not grass, not lettuce. it fairly is ineffective once you attempt to get severe, yet could be used industrially for many stuff. And for the woman that went on approximately how its a conspiracy, it fairly is, yet that wasnt the question.
