CALL up your buds and say you are sorry for unloading on them. Tell them you were having a bad day and needed to vent, but that you didnt mean to hurt them . explain that you really need to find a way to release your frusteration and if possible direct your anger towards what ticked you off in the first place, then take em out for a round on you.
If they dont forgive you, let them simmer down before reopening the lines of communication..

If I was married and had a fall out with my husband the thing that would make me feel better is when he comes up to me and gives me a kiss and says I love you.

Take some time away from it all ,by trying something completely different for a day or so,then see if you want to make contact again

I usually just go lay outside in the grass, assuming its not raining and just breath deep and think about life....try to sort some of the issues out in your mind. It makes me feel better!

well..just a little pondering maybe..
a thoughtover your actions and statements..
friends should never always agree
differences feed the personality
and thats what brings out the better in all of us
But yes do remember one thing- its all about saying and believing in i understand and i am sorry

Stop dwelling on it. Forgive and forget. Pray about it. Friends are few. Do something else. Get a life and be happy with yourself.

The fact that they're not worth my friendship..I can be a good friend, a very good friend, but when it comes to friends keeping things from you, then they're not real friends!
I'm batter than all the backstabbing and immaturity!
