There is no healthy way to decrease your height. Be proud of who and what you are, especially if it is something you cannot change.

I don't understand why you want to decrease your height.
As you get older, this will happen normally because your spine will curve more. Don't waste your time trying.

169cm doesn't seem excessively tall to me, i am about 158cm tall so you are 11cm taller than me and i consider myself to be quite short!
