The "Nasty" factor. It's a little like having sex in public, or with a prostitute, but without the illegal part....heck, you're having sex on the same exact spot hundreds, maybe thousands of others before have done it on... lol Think about it, there are people within earshot, and possibly only a few feet away... There are other people who have the key, who could walk in at any time... But the two of you don't care, you're "Nasty"... (without really being nasty) ... It's like caffeine, it can make ya peppy, without the life-destroying effects of cocaine or meth... It's exhibitionism, without the exhibit, skinny-dipping with clothes on... Not quite the same rush, but enough for the timid....

Its is a discrete place where privacy is the key. But it really depends on the context of the meeting. People are usually meeting at Hotels instead of their homes is because they are hiding something or from someone.
It is a mutual place where both sides can feel comfortable that they can leave at anytime and at the same time get the comfort from a Hotel. Shower, room service, ect.

Its for the thrill.
Like having a quicky in a public bathroom would be very pleasurable because its naught and exciting, you might get caught! Not exactly the same idea, but it's a change of scenery and it still kind of is a public place in a way.

Prolly makes them feel dirty :O and to some it could be kinky? Just being honest, also if they have kids or something where they can't have sex at anytime and in a hotel they don't have to worry about anything ;)

Getting away from home and all the day to day worries that go with it is relaxing. Being relaxed makes us more open to romance and sex.

because you can be a total freak and leave the place a mess...leave the sheets the walls the ceiling covered in all sorts of fluids and not have to clean it up.
