This is an italian word-- I've never heard it before, (sounds like a name) but the correct pronunciation would be:

kone-khee-liyee-own-ee

chi is pronounced "key"
gli is harder to pronounce. it kind of sounds like an L-Y sound.
I's, as in spanish, are pronounced "ee"
