sad to say that i am klamath indian,,for what the tribe does to
take children away from there family's...and not help them get there children back..social services is a big joke...to help with our children...by taking then and coming to court and not saying anything klamath tribe is a sell out and always will be...

It is understandable you are angry about this situation.
NICWA was created to help in these situations. National Indian Child Welfare Act. Social services can be difficult to deal with. That is why Natives have NICWA.
And my boyfriend is Klamath/Modoc. He wants me to stress to you that the Klamath tribe is not a sell out. They are not perfect because of colonization and termination. People need to stand together to improve their tribe.

If you knew anything you should know where to address this rather than on YA.
You either are way outside your tribe or just not a true Klamath Indian. You have a tribal council ,along with the Oregon state offices, (? California)
