Depends on my mood - I get on kicks where I'll read a few in a row of one type then jump to a totally different genre.
Recently read auto-biographies of H. Norman Schwartzkopf and Ronald Reagan, then jumped to Dreamcatcher by Steven King. I really like the Sword of Truth series by Terry Goodkind and I just devoured the Left Behind series by Tim Lahaye & Jerry Jenkins. The Dark Tower series by Steven King is pretty good too.

Fantasy! And er, I doubt that this is a book genre, but pretty much anything in the Young Adults section in the library is fun to read for me. I mean, not all of it, but that's generally where I get my books.
And Harry Potter. :) I've read all of those wayyy too many times.
