One degree of latitude is about 70 miles. .04 degree is a little less than 3 miles. There is nothing but desert three miles north of Lake Havasu. Topock, mentioned above, is about ten miles north of the lake...and Needles, California is about 20 miles.
Lake Havasu City is on the eastern shore of the lake.

Offhand without referring to a map, Fort Mojave, Bullhead City (AZ), Needles (CA), or Laughlin (NV)
