He gave a penalty when there was no contact, and then he gave a goal, when the ball did not cross the line, AND there was a player clearly offside.... Webb you tosser

I totally agree with you he hasn't got a clue - the ball didn't cross the line for the second West Ham goal and why the hell did he send off Bentley when he was going to blow the whistle 2 secs later

The assistant gave both decisions - not Webb.
Firstly the penalty was a penalty, he took his standing leg, if you want a soft penalty then the one at Old Trafford for Bolton for a slight nudge in the back or the one at Borobore last week for handball when the player was a yard away from the ball.
Secondly the 'goal' the referee has to defer to the assistant who has a clear view. His assistant made the error but Webb has to go with him.
Webb is actually one of the better referees, I don't think he's on the top-tier for me after a disappointing campaign but he is a good referee.

howard webb is an entire asshole,i'm hoping sooner or later he gets fired from his activity ,as quickly as I found out he replace into going to be between the refs on the euro 2012 I have been given mad,ahah now that i think of of it i replace into happy that a number of the followers from croatia took flares and threw it at him

It is extremely difficult to know which of refs is the worst because sometimes they all perform like the best in the world while sometimes they are disgrace to watch.However regarding the West game i have yet to watched it.
