No they don't have fur. All spiders have some hair. But a Brown Recluse isn't fuzzy. They have a violin or fiddle shaped marking on their backs. A common species of Wolf spider looks very similar. The only way to tell the difference is to look at them under a large magnifying glass or microscope. A brown recluse has 3 pairs of eyes, a wolf spider has 4 pairs.
Brown Recluse spiders are not something you want to fool around with. Their bite causes the flesh to rot and can be fatal without medical treatment. Try and catch them on sticky traps, like you use for mice, so they can be properly identified. I used to be an exterminator. Treatment for brown recluse spiders is very expensive and requires a LOT of chemicals, and a LOT of work on your part.

In many publications, the violin pattern on the cephalothorax (the first body part to which the legs attach) is mentioned as a diagnostic characteristic (Fig 2). Although it is quite consistent in adult brown recluses (although it can fade in preserved specimens), many western U.S. recluse species and some young brown recluses have virtually no contrasting pigmentation in the violin region (Fig. 3, 4). In addition, recluse spiders have abdomens that are devoid of coloration pattern and their legs are covered with fine hairs but lack thickened spines.
In other words, get an exterminator out there quick!!!!

No, the brown recluse doesn't have "fur". It's only 2 in. long and has a fiddle on top of his back. They usually hide in dark closets and under beds if they're around. Check your shoes before putting them on and keep your clothes off the floor!

Probably not. Brown Recluse Spiders live in your house, in a dark closet, under the bed, behind the dresser, dark places you seldom get into. They don't like the outdoors. Its probably just a field spider.

They do not have fur, they are small, and they are reclusive, so they aren't seen often.

they could be wolf spiders. They're brownish or grayish, furry, & can grow to the size of a tarantula here. They aren't poisonous, but they bite hard.
