Wow. And you're accusing others of having issues? :-) Truth is that there are negative people on both sides of the political spectrum. Yes, there are liberals who seem to have the spine of a sea cucumber, as there are conservatives who appear to have all the mettle of a two-year-old mental deficient. The problem is that these extremists insist on crying so loudly (on both sides) that all they accomplish is creating a greater rift in this great American society rather than working together to create a government that is both fiscally responsible and responsive to the needs of its citizens.

Liberals seek to have a government maintain an ethical and reasonable level of care for all members of the society. Conservatives seek to have a government give individuals the opportunity to earn without undue governmental interference.

Why do these two fundamental issues seem so incompatible? Because there are name-calling, egotistical, small-minded, narrow-viewed, self-serving people on both sides of the issue. Perhaps if they would simply keep their hatred and unreasonableness to themselves, the rest of us would be able to work out some real solutions for what was once the greatest nation in the world.

the main problem with "liberals" (sometimes refered to as "bedwetters"), is they often pander for votes to get/stay in office by covertly stating "if you vote for me, I will take money from those who have more than you do and re-distribute it to you".

This is done under the guise of helping all people have more opportunities. It isn t new or creative thinking, its just plain "raise taxes". A 2nd grader can come up with that idea. Really, can t those who profess to be "liberals" come up with more constructive ways to provide more opportunity? Its always the same - raise taxes, again and again.

Absolutely. Any form of thinking with the term "Politically Correct" as its central focus needs seriously to consider renaming its philosophy "Retardation".

You are an idiot. I'm not a liberal but with your lack of character I would be ashamed to consider myself a fellow conservative.
