How do you prefer your fried eggs? I like mine over hard, so the yolk sets so completely that I can pick it out in one big glob. I like the white fried ni-i-ice 'n crispy!

I'd like to pick it up in one piece and put it on a sandwich with bacon, tomato and mayo.

Back in the olden days when I ate meat I liked my eggs runny so I could dip my bacon or sausage in the yolk. Mmmm...thank you for the memories.
I think you would be analyzed as hungry.

When I fry my eggs I don't like them too crispy but I also don't want the yolks running either.

I don't the pshycology behind egg preperation, but I like mine over easy... gooey, runny yolk to soak up with toast and potatoes.

my fried egg needs to be over easy, i loooooooove runny yolk. and it has to be served ON TOP of whole wheat buttered toast. with real butter not that margarine crap. since i'm watching what i eat i wouldnt eat the hash browns and sausage links my kids eat with their eggs, but it don't matter, i got my runny egg, covered with salt and pepper!!! yummmm
