well you cant because remember the past is the past and nothing can change what happened then but you can try to work hard and let people forget it and concentrate on your success now

by concentrating on the present instead of the past. You can't change the past, you can't predict the future, the only part u can control is the present. I also find that reading a test throughly before answering any questions helps, because your mind has time to work on the next question while ur focusing on a present one.

Psychological testing? academic testing? medical testing? In general, try to think positive and get lots of rest the night before the testing.

forgive and forget - let your past mistakes go. learn from the mistakes, but don't let it get personal and it won't weigh you down - everybody messes up, so it's not just you!

If your past can creep up and ruin your present..then admit them before they show up...otherwise learn from them and learn to forgive yourself and move on...
