I've been doing this every night for years. Remove the aeration from your hatchery, shine a light at the bottom, then go watch tv for 10 minutes. Rubber band a paper coffee filter to the top of an old cup. Get a turkey baster, and remove the hatched bbs from the bottom of the hatchery, and squirt them into the coffee filter. Let the brine drain, and rinse with some fresh water. You are now ready to feed them to your fish.

brine shrimp will swim to a light, leaving the rest behind.
they should all gather at the top of the bottle/container where they can be easily netted out.

you can use a small flashlight to guide them to a clear area of the bottle then scoop them out with a brineshrimp net.If the bottle is too small put them in a tranparent bowl.
