I am 35 married for 9 years have 3 children 4y/o, 2 y/o and 9 months/ I have my handsfull as everyone says, but I loved being pregnant and love being a mother. I've had 3 csections and can only have one more. Ihave a nice family why can I not stop this desire to have another child? Any advice....

Why can you only have 1 more c-section? Thats silly. They can keep opening you up and putting you back together again. You might need some repair work, and it might get riskier for you and more costly, but you can keep having children.
If not, try adoption.
You want more children for a reason. Because you're meant to be a mother and to raise those babies. If you and your husband are willing, have more. Why not?
As long as you provide for them, love them, and train them up, thats all that matters. Its not a matter of can you manage to do it, but whether you will choose to or not.
Be fruitful and multiply.

You can always adopt many children. in fact adopt unlimited number of unwanted children
