well, i'm in shock. i knew they had A win in them, but thought they'd bottle against the English, frankly.
it seems there is a new messiah and Hook is his name. of course, previously we've had Henson and many other false gods so let's not get too ahead of ourselves.....oh dear, too late! just what do you think the papers will be saying in the morning?
Most amazing of all - we are not bottom of the table - the scots are, phew!
Of course, that we're celebrating at all is a bit sad, do you think the kiwis would celebrate coming 5th out of 6?
On the other hand - hurrah! Gimme a beer - we've won something!

Apparently if one of us wins their group and the other comes second the two teams will meet in the QFs of the world cup..round 1 to Wales..Dowch 'laen hogia!!!

i'm english but am quite happy you won. it would have been a travesty to get the whitewash when a couple of seasons ago you were grand slam winners........also today you were trying to play the game how it should be played....well done !!
