Ive heard people say 37 and 36 or 32 so how many are there?

37 episodes according to ANN, and 3 Live Action Movie, in which the 3rd one is a spinoff of L's story. It is currently in the making.

it's planned to be 37 but who knows maybe it might end up being more since its not all out yet
