The crappy iTunes software which for various reasons will refuse to import some of my videos which I know are 100% iPod-compatible.

It will refuse to import videos for some really stupid reasons. For example, if the filename is too long.

i love my ipod..it saves my sanity whilst working in manhattan.
itunes which i upgraded tp 7.1...lost all my songs...
3000 of them..i found them on my computer
and had to add them back one by one..
a labour of love....
ipod is great..including the time..it slipped from my hands and bounced on a sidewalk in manhattan...the entire sidewalk of people..held their breaths...including me..
i picked it up..and there was a hush..until i plugged it back in..and smiled! :)
it still worked...the people on the street applauded!
no..i don't recommend dropping your ipod....
but it's stronger than it seems..and still has the scrape to prove it!
