I loooove Harry Potter!!! I've read all the books in insane amount of times and they NEVER get boring. The books are so much fun to theorize about. They're so much fun to reread because you can pick up all the foreshadowing (which is always brilliantly done) once you know the ending. These are books that you definitely get into. I mean, I cried a lot when Dumbledore died and I kept feeling shocked over the next few days, like someone had actually died. Also, I've met a ton of awesome people through the books. I like the movies too I suppose, but the books are 358293572935 times better! Cause you can really see into Harry's head and they're so much more detailed. Understandably, obviously, but still. CAN'T WAIT FOR JULY 21ST!!!

Guess you can tell from the name, I like HP alot! :-)
I'm a bigger fan of the books than the movies. Don't get me wrong, I love the movies and I am eagerly awaiting July 13 @ 12:01 like nobody's business! But, I really wish they would either make them two part movies to fit in more storylines from the book, or release them as they did Lord of the Rings-4 discs, all deleted and extra scenes put back in, etc.
Guess I went a little overboard there huh? Sorry. Yes to answer your question, I am a TOTAL Harry Potter fan because of the great friendship and adventures the trio share. I also like the supporting cast: Ginny, the twins and the profs. Makes for great reading and watching!

I do. The books are much more enjoyable than the movies. They're so descriptive it's like you're almost there! They're so exciting, they use so many cliffhangers to want you to keep reading. I'm not the biggest fan of the movies though.

I am - the books are a great escape and you can read them really fast even though they're long.
