So 3 weeks ago I had REALLY bad cold symptoms. My throat hurt really bad and I have heavy unproductive cough. I also had tons of phlegm in my head, and my throat. It was like poison. When it got into my stomach, i had vomiting of nasty dark yellow bile for 2-3 days. I went and saw my doctor and he gave me an antibiotic and in 3 days I felt better. Now 3 weeks later, I have all the same exact symptoms, but my phlegm is black now, and I had a nose bleed. What could be wrong with me? I also have aches and pains.

sorry you're feeling so crummy. There's a couple of things that might be going on. One is that you got another 'bug' and need more treatment. Another thing is that the first antibiotic was only partially effective in treating your problem, and you need a different one. This isn't uncommon. Docs prescribe the most likely drug to help you, and it's enough to knock down some of the symptoms, but then they re-appear and are worse. You might have pneumonia. Don't know what the nose bleed has to do with everything, probably nothing, coincidental. You should give him a call, see if he'll prescribe something else, or if he wants you to go to the ER for a xray.

Call your doctor. After 3 days did you stop taking your drugs?
It sounds like you need a chest x ray. I wouldn't waste time here - I'd call your doctor or head on over to the ER.
