I'm sorry, but I don't believe that none of those people didn't have fake id's that's ridiculous. Anyway, around CCP which takes passport pictures, I've heard that you can get them there, I don't know. When I was under 21 I found a license of a girl that looks like me, so I didn't need a fake.
Also, you won't go to juvie if you get caught, you'll just pay a fine, and if a bouncer catches you, they'll just take it away and tell you to leave, not call the cops.

Picture this, I'm a Philly cop, I read this and make up an answer...you show up to pick-up the I.D. You pay for it, and then I arrest you. If the bf is with you, then he gets arrested as well... Tell your bf that you'll be happy to go with him, any place that the both of you can get into...and not worry about a little thing called jail. If he's trying this hard to get you into trouble, then you really need to re-think the relationship.

I don't know where you can get a fake ID, but I know where a fake ID can get you....JUVIE!....
You can buy some kits to make your own on-line, but I'm not recommending it because that's like aiding and abetting a minor.
EDIT: Since you are 19, you probably have friends that are 21, so what you could do is get one of your friends (that you resemble) to go to the DMV and say that they lost their license and they can get a new one and you use one and they use the other. It might cost you about $20 to pay for it, but it'll be worth it to get you into the concert and it's probably the fastest way to get ahold of one. Just make sure you don't go into the concert at the same time she does b/c they might notice two of the same ID's.
EDIT: So if your friends are all your age, then where did they get their ID's and if they don't have them, then how are they getting into the concert? Try to pass off as the designated driver for your mom...You can be 18 and do that at most places.

Maybe its just the places we go to in Philly, but it seems like the bouncers look at IDs VERY carefully, I would not even attempt to use a friends ID, as mentioned in another response, I dont think you'd get away with it.

well, i would try looking online because there are a few good online vendors who sell "novelty" id's. its a start. good luck.
