I can see that this is a dragon deck but it has to have a main purpose to the deck with the armed dragons put in at least 1 armed level 7 with the add a horus level 8 and level 4 and take out the penguin soldiers and add stuff like cyber jars, snipe hunter, injection fairy lily, also a really underated card pitch black warwolf. this deck may be a dragon deck but you need to work with it not just put in all dragons get some balance in this deck also put in a mirror force, ring of destructon, and barrel behind the door those will help a lot too. With a few of these cards that I have suggested you might have yourself a good balanced deck so I hope my advice helps.

The only thing I can find wrong with it is that tou need a cyber jar and another nobleman of crossout. Maybe some trap holes
