Silver Panda coins from China, have been made every year, at least since the late 1980's. They are usually an ounce of .999 silver. Some have been made that are a little smaller as specialty coins. You can usually find them for sale on Yahoo or eBay auctions. They are considered non circulating commemorative coins even though they don't commemorate an event.
