the playback service of the xbox 360 is really pitiful. only a select few xbox games are playably on the xbxox 360. the problem is, they did not make the 360 with playback compatibility in mind, but they've done a heck of a job making the more popular ones compatible. you may be able to find a list of the ones that work and ones that don't somewhere, im sure. try a few xbox forums.

Of course, my brother. The XBox 360 has backward playing compatability for the old XBox DVDs. So, go ahead and get that Scarface DVD of yours.

Yes you can. For example halo 2 is an xbox game but i'm using it for my xbox 360 to play ranked game on live. Try it.
