I have liked this girl for a while and im sure she likes me but im scared of been rejected, can you help?

You can either live your life with a fear of rejection and get absolutely nowhere or go for it and sometimes fall flat on your face but at least you will have tried. What happens if she says 'yes' - are you just going to resent the time you spent building up to it instead of being in her arms? In life the worst regrets you will have are the things you didn't do. All the daft stuff will be laughed at 5 years from now...

You just have to get your courge up and go for it. You can always ask yourself which would be worse: You ask her and she says no OR you keep putting it off until someone else asks her when she might have said yes to you.
