McDonald's food is sh!!!t its good at all it awful the burgers don,t have no taste no seasoning not even salt and pepper it needs it they don,t even give you sachets of salt and pepper they should the chips are just as bad when you see the food on the pictures above where they are serving it looks better on there than it is for real. Try Burger King when you buy there you get what you see.and it tastes as it looks too. Well worth the money.!!!!!

Supersize me simply proves what happens if you don't eat a balanced diet. Look back through the annals of time, and you will never find mcdonalds saying "you can eat nothing but big macs and yet stay healthy"
You will find them saying their food can fit in as part of a balanced diet.
Plus, the beef isn't deep fried. It's cooked on a hot plate.

Mcdonalds food is very unhealthy. Eating there frequently, can cause you some serious heart and liver problems in the future. To me, the food there is very fatty, very high in calories, fat, trans fat, sugars, sodium, salt, and cholesterol. And the food there is just total junk and garbage!!! Thats just my personal opinion. You can view the nutrition info on the mcdonalds website.

Try reading Fast Food Nation (Eric Schlosser )or watching the film SuperSize Me. While both take it to the extreme, the information that they contain will open your eyes.

google it an something will pop up. i did this a month ago and it worked. Also on the mcdonalds bags there is a nutrition chart. I think they got rid of it though, probably 'cause it was too revealing!! ;)

Check out 'supersize me' the film/documentary. It's available from the normal high streets and I would imagine you can probably download it online too.
What happens to the bloke who eats it for every meal in just two weeks is enough to put you off for life!!!
Enjoy.

I hate Mc Donalds as it is anyway, and only go to Burger King a few times a year.
To be honest, my favourite junk food is Dominos Pizza.
