Have not read the book Inkheart yet but will add to my list. Gone with the Wind by Margaret Mitchell is one of my favorites. I own the original first edition. Had to buy another because the cover on the original is showing wear and tear. The book was in my parents library and must have been one of their favorites too. The book is a very good description of the Confederacy, a self centered person and very accurate descriptions of life during that period of time. Too bad the author was killed in an automobile accident.

Personally, I love The Hitchikers Guide to the Galaxy trilogy by Douglas Adams. It's sci-fi/fantasy, and it is hilarious. The movie was good, but the book was a lot better. If you haven't read it I recommend it.

I just read, Angelas Ashes by Frank McCourt. It's an amazing memoir he wrote about his life. This has to be the best book I've read in a while. I really enjoyed it :)

My favorite series is Harry Potter but from those books, my favorite is Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's stone. But besides that, i am usually addicted to realistic fiction.
