I think that there is a good chance he will make an apperance, Batixta apeeard at WrestleMania 22 when he was un-able to wrestle so why can't Triple H do the same?

If you were reading up on his surgery then you would know the surgery takes 4 to 6 months to heal but i have a feeling he will make a appearence.
